Title: Maintenance Technician Location: WI-Hillsboro
Perform Preventive maintenance and related repairs to plant equipment in a safe and effective manner. One year of technical training or equivalent experience to have the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment along with plumbing and refrigeration according to manufacture specs. Request parts and materials as needed. Enter, retrieve & transform accurate data into computerized work order system. Communicate inter department/Shift needs. Fabricate needed Parts/Equipment knowledge and skills in the following areas: Welding, machine tool operation, blue print/schematic reading and metal fabricating.
Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 Pounds. Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately. Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions. Knowledge: Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines. Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
