The Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant processing, facility, and support equipment.

Wage:
$31.22/hr. plus shift differential
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications &a; Experiences:
18 years or older

years&s; manufacturing experienceBasic computer skills
Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators
Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills
Ensures a safe working environment for self and others while performing assigned tasks
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively work with a variety of people and department
Preferred Qualifications &a; Experiences:

years' experience with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.Prior industrial maintenance experience, knowledge and/or education
Prior food manufacturing experience
Forklift experience preferred or willing to be trained for certification
Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Possess mechanical aptitude. Some experience with mechanical systems, utilizing product manuals, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and reading mechanical drawings.
This role may require a valid driver license to driver a company vehicle.
Physical Requirements regularly include:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and perform occasional bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
